EMT / Paramedic Requirements:

  • State of Florida EMT/Paramedic License
  • State of Florida Driver’s License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Clean Criminal Background
  • Current CPR
  • Must not be on the OIG exclusions list

Transporter Requirements:

  • State of Florida Driver’s License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Clean Criminal Background
  • Current CPR
  • Current First Aid (unless First Responder)
  • Must not be on the OIG exclusions list
